This course is aimed at academic and research staff who have an interest in developing their media skills. The workshop will provide an overview of an overview of the broadcast and media landscape and the sort of stories the media are looking for and why. Participants will receive practical training on interview techniques and will be filmed being interviewed There will also be an opportunity for playback and feedback on individual interviews and training on message development and Sound bite delivery.
